This group invests in commercial real estate loans and securitized assets in both the primary and secondary markets.

Responsibilities
Supporting Principals in various components of the investment process including: - Undertaking fundamental analysis of commercial real estate debt investments on a primary and secondary basis - Running diligence workstreams - Involvement in structuring and legal negotiations. - Portfolio monitoring, including restructuring where necessary.Desired Experience
2-5 years experience in real estate lending, ideally gained in an investing environment.Location
