Private Wealth Associate/Senior Associate

Our client is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate level hire to join our growing Private Wealth  team. This role will focus on the fundraising of evergreen private market fund offerings across the firm's investment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in all aspects of evergreen fundraising project management
• Working with the team on the continuing development of the private wealth strategy, processes and infrastructure
• Preparation of high quality marketing presentations and fund documentation
• Completing due diligence processes, coordinating with various relevant internal teams, as well as responding to any ongoing investor specific requests
• Conducting market analysis and research
• Tracking and updating investor information; on-going monitoring of fundraising efforts
• Senior stakeholder management and updates
• Exposure to the wider capital raising and business development initiatives, as relevant
• Possibility of line management responsibilities in near-term

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Fully competent with Excel; modelling skills preferable
  • Ability to conduct research, solve problems and learn quickly
• Strong communication skills
  • Fully competent with PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience in writing high quality presentations and materials, conveying messages in an effective manner
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation
• Ability to work both in a small team and independently with great responsibility
• Ability to work well under pressure with very senior personnel
• Experience within a leading financial organisation in either a private market fundraising and/or private wealth dedicated role
• Excellent educational background at a world-class institution
