Our client’s primary line of business is sponsor-backed middle market debt and restructuring advisory.
They are building an Originations group that will:
1) hold relationships with existing sponsor clients
2) generate cross-sell across their platform
2) develop new relationships across the sponsor universe, playing in MDs who will help convert the work and run execution.
The initial tranche of hiring will include senior individuals who will come with a network in the middle market, ideally with a skew towards the lower end.
