Dartmouth Partners are exclusively working with a growing, Private Equity backed Industrial Services group, in the search for a Corporate Development Manager to support the North American territory. This individual will be ideally based in Boston area.
This role is ideal for those with prior Investment Banking/Transaction Advisory Services experience, who have begun developing their skillset in a Corporate Development/M&A role within industry. For IB professionals with Industrial services experience we can consider straight moves from IB to this corporate.
The role will include a full M&A delivery focus, from origination and pipeline development through to execution and subsequent integration.
- 3-6 years Corporate Development/M&A experience
- Generation of new leads, full origination and creation of pipeline and continued development
- Establish market entry and relationship/networking across industry, understanding of business model
- Network and interact with relevant acquisition targets, organizing meetings, attending events and developing relationship with target prospects
- Oversee execution of deals
- Strong M&A/Corporate Finance background to support your ability to execute
- Autonomous, independent thinking to grow the North American inorganic growth strategy
- Report directly to VP, M&A and C-Suite
- Work across international M&A team (Europe wide and US)
Individuals with prior knowledge of the Industrials Services sector will be preferred, but we encourage individuals from all relevant backgrounds to apply, as sector change is open from the client.
