M&A Generalist Associate - Elite Boutique

Team Overview: Our client is a dynamic group of professionals who work closely with both the US and UK sector teams within the bank. They specialize in M&A advisory services, with exposure to UK Takeover Code exposure, as well as private M&A transactions.
 

Responsibilities

Deal Execution: Team members actively participate in M&A transactions, from origination to closing. They are deeply involved in deal structuring, due diligence, financial modelling, and negotiations. Sector Collaboration: The team works closely with their US and UK sector team counterparts. 

Independent Deals: The team also runs its own deals with their own book of clients.
 

Desired Experience

Seeking a mid-level Associate with strong exposure to lead advisory, M&A transactions within an investment bank or similar independent. Exposure to UK takeover code regulations is a plus, but not a prerequisite. Due to the nature of the role, UK and European M&A transaction experience is preferred.

Unfortunately, individuals from a background in Transaction Services or Valuations will not be considered for this role.
