IR Analyst (Private Equity)

Varied fundraising project management and investor servicing role in European private equity firm.

As part of the IR function your role would involve:
  • Providing project management support including producing fundraising materials and analysis, including RFPs and DDQs
  • Analysis of portfolio company and fund performance
  • Investor reporting
  • Organising and preparing materials for key investor meetings and presentations
  • Responding to LP queries
  • Supporting co-investment processes
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • A degree level of education with an ACA (or equivalent) qualification desired
  • Two to four years of experience to include within investor relations or placement agent
  • Exposure to private market funds
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with additional European languages beneficial
  • Advanced MS Office skills and quantitative capabilities
The role would suit a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work to deadlines who enjoys working in a team.
