Investor Relations Vice President

Private markets firm looking for an experienced VP to join the IR / Product Specialist team. This newly-created position has come about due to the growth of the business. This would suit someone who wants to have exposure to clients and be involved in the fundraising process, but not in a direct sales role. It requires a real technical expert with highly advanced analytical skills and deep knowledge of the credit markets.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing investor communications, including quarterly fund updates, performance reports, and presentations.
• Managing investor due diligence processes
• Analysing and presenting fund performance metrics
• Assisting in structuring and launching new investment strategies
• Conducting market research, investor outreach, and preparing tailored materials to drive capital-raising efforts

Desired Experience

• 5-7 years of career experience to include experience in Investor Relations or Product Specialist role in a private credit business
• Strong academics, ideally with a Master’s degree in a related field
• Proven experience supporting fundraising, including investor due diligence, capital raising, and fund structuring
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Additional European language skills especially French or German highly desirable
