- Manage and maintain a repository of RFP/RFI responses for accuracy and consistency.
- Draft and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling client-facing materials.
- Track and analyze firm-wide data for client and prospect deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and fact sheets for investor meetings.
- Maintain and improve CRM databases for investor interactions and pipeline tracking.
- Support sales and fundraising by managing due diligence processes and investor outreach.
- Research market trends and competitors to refine investor communication strategies.
- Assist with investor communications, including reports, presentations, and investor letters.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in investor relations, RFP writing, sales support or consulting/advisory firm.
- Strong knowledge of alternative investments or investment banking preferred.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a team-player attitude.
- Experience with investor databases and sales pipelines preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (<15%).
