Investor Relations Associate

Our client invests in a range of co-investments and secondary transactions, and they are looking to hire an IR Associate to support the Investor Relations Director. You will be involved in managing the firm's investor relations, fundraising and marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with a senior IR professional on a broad range of activities.

Responsibilities

Investor Relations

• Manage and respond to investor queries
• Assist in organisation and preparation of materials for annual investor meetings and bi annual update calls
• Provide support for investor roadshows (e.g., identifying investors to contact, logistics)

Fundraising 

• Project management
• Create and update data room materials, and manage data room o Respond to due diligence requests, collaborating with deal team where needed
• Track investor interactions (through CRM) and oversee follow-up communication with investor
• Maintain tracker of fundraising progress
• Assistance with investor onboarding Business development
• Source new investor relationships (desktop based and conferences)

Marketing / Other

• Prepare and update marketing materials (e.g., investor presentation, teaser, quarterly newsletter)
• Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis
• Provide support for conference attendance (e.g., sponsorship, arranging meetings)
• Scope to be involved in ESG initiatives

Desired Experience

Skills

• Strong academic record at top undergraduate institution Proficient in excel and financial analysis
• Proficient in PowerPoint Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)
• Ability to work with various software tools including iLEVEL and salesforce
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to share information with colleagues/investors in a clear and concise manner
• Detail orientated, adaptable, driven with high level of integrity
• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
• 2-5 years’ experience in PE, investment banking or related
