Investor Relations Analyst

Responsibilities

Assisting with analytical requests from investors. Conducting benchmarking analysis. Preparing investor presentation materials. Assisting with quarterly reporting and transaction announcements to existing investors. Assisting with creation of new materials with members of the Management Committee. Preparing Annual Meeting materials and associated processes. Tracking and reporting using a CRM system. Reviewing and collating relevant industry press articles for firm’s senior management.

Experience

18 months to 3 years' experience within investment banking, audit/TS or a placement agent. A broad set of quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential. Professional fluency in English is essential. Ability to work under time pressure and exceed expectations in terms of deliverables. Team-player qualities. An awareness of global issues and an understanding of finance will inform the candidate’s work of communicating effectively and engagingly with a diverse, international audience, both externally and internally.
