This is a unique opportunity to join a renowned global investment management firm looking to strengthen their investor relations team in the Paris office. The team is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Analyst to work alongside the Sales team within the European Market.
Excellent opportunity for a bilingual French/English speaker to join the Sales/Relationship Management team of a reputable global private markets firm. Whilst this is not a step into a fundraising role, it will be part of a team working with sophisticated institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with and supporting the Relationship Managers in their capital raising efforts including preparing and updating marketing decks, preparing for investor meetings, attending & summarising investor meetings, helping organise events, updating presentation materials and finding leads.
- Helping service new and existing relationships including supporting the onboarding process and dealing with investor queries, coordinate with colleagues on specialist teams internally.
- Updating the CRM and contributing to RFPs.
Experience
The candidate will have the following key attributes- 1-4 years of experience in financial services and keen interest in financial markets, specifically alternative funds
- Must be fully fluent in both written and spoken French and English, with Italian or Dutch language skills a bonus
- Well organised and analytical individual with attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work in a dynamic and high-performance environment
- Naturally able to build rapport and work effectively in a team
- Strong communicator with a self-starter attitude and willingness to muck in
