Investment Banking Associate 2

Our client is a rapidly growing boutique M&A advisor focused on middle-market transactions in the business and technology services sector. They are currently looking to hire 3 Associates to join their team in NYC in Q1 2025.

Key responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis and due diligence to support deal evaluations.
• Deal Execution: Assist in the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions
• Client interaction: Support senior bankers in managing client relationships by preparing presentations, reports and marketing materials.
• Industry Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the business services sector, identifying key drivers of value and risks for clients and investors. 

Requirements: 

• 3-4 years of experience in M&A/Investment Banking with exposure to business or tech services sectors.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and financial databases.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Deal execution, financial analysis, market research, client interaction, project management.

Desired Experience

3-4 years of experience in M&A with exposure to relevant sectors.
