They're looking for a junior investment banking Associate to join the team, focused on a range of transactions across upstream, midstream, downstream and oil field services verticals.

Role Description: As an Investment Banking Associate in the Energy team, you will work closely with senior bankers on industry-transforming, multi-billion dollar transactions in markets around the world. You will be part of a dynamic team that advises clients on complex deals within the energy sector.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence
• Prepare pitch materials, presentations, and financial models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute transactions
• Stay informed about market trends and industry developments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant investment banking experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
