The team are focus on sell-side M&A transactions in the lower-middle market, with a specialism in residential and facilities services verticals. The team’s hands-on, bespoke approach to the M&A process and deep transaction experience allows them to understand their clients’ objectives and deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities
You will be a key player in the execution of the firm's business.
Preparing financial, business and market analyses including the preparation of management presentations, CIMs, three statement financial models, and all required due diligence
Experience
We are open to a range of backgrounds, including accounting, FP&A, investment banking or other financial services roles (c.1+ year of professional experience)
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Self-starting and motivated to succeed
Candidates must have a solid understanding of accounting and financial analysis, and an understanding of deal processes
