If you are a current or former Tech focused M&A Investment Banker looking to join a premier Secondaries fund in Menlo Park, please consider applying below. As an Associate on this team, this role would include exposure to a variety of investment types, including LP portfolio secondaries, GP-led secondaries, among others.

Ideal candidates are pre-MBA M&A Investment Bankers with 2-4 years of experience, or current PE Associates with 6 months – 2 years of experience and prior M&A IB work experience

Please only apply if you are authorized to work in the US and are based in / willing to relocate to the Bay Area and work in Menlo Park.

Responsibilities

Evaluating buyout, growth and venture capital assets. Extensive financial modeling to value companies and funds. Performing due diligence of assets with key private equity managers. Identifying merits and considerations of investment opportunities. Presenting opportunities to the investment committee. Monitoring portfolio and attending manager annual meetings.

Experience

Required: 2 years (minimum) of Tech IB M&A experience Optional: 1 additional year on the buyside in an investing seat
