The ideal candidate for this opportunity is currently in Investment Banking, working on M&A transactions in either FIG or FinTech coverage groups, or is currently in an investing seat and has previous experience in Investment Banking in FIG or FinTech coverage. Applicants should have 3-4 years of IB experience, or 2-3 years IB + 1-2 years Buyside Investing experience.

This role is based in New York City and would require relocation if you are not currently based there. Please only apply if you are eligible to work in the US and are available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

Sourcing, due diligence, deal execution, portfolio operations.

Experience

3-4 years of IB M&A, or 2-3 years IB M&A + 1-2 years Buyside Investing with FIG or FinTech exposure
