Investment Associate - Data Centres

To build out the capital raising capability in the business, our client would like to hire an Associate and an Analyst to support the leadership team in bringing equity and debt into the business to fuel specific projects and future growth. This person would interface internally with the leadership team and investment committee, and externally to advisors, existing and prospective debt and equity investors. This individual would also be involved in monitoring, the acquisition of land and operational assets and the assessment and structuring of JVs. 

Responsibilities

Assessment of investment opportunities globally, raising of debt and equity to support investment activity

Desired Experience

Investment Banking experience, up to a maximum of mid-level Associate
