Head of Data - Germany - Private Equity

Working with an interesting PE-backed, European consumer business, looking for a Data Lead to take the organisation to the next level. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll drive web analytics, KPIs, and customer-facing data products.

Must-have:
Databricks, Web Tracking (essential) & dbt expertise (think Snowplow, Snowflake)
Strong SQL, Python, and Spark skills
Experience handling billions of data events
Leadership experience scaling data teams & driving impact

Key focus areas:
Building a data lake & 360° Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Optimizing customer journeys & AI-driven personalization
Creating data analytics products for customers & partners
Defining KPIs to drive financial planning & operations

You must have full working rights in Germany (no sponsorship available).

Working-level German is required.
