Fundraising Professional

Dartmouth has partnered with a UK-based mid market private equity fund looking hire a Fundraising professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationship with clients and will have a track-record of raising capital

Role description and criteria:

• Build a structured and measurable approach to prospecting new external investor relationships across HNW, UHNW, family offices, and small institutional clients
• Present and educate investors on our investment model, market position and growth plans
• Foster and nurture relationships with existing and potential investors through regular communication and understanding their investment objectives
• Utilise existing and new investor relationships to secure commitments into new investments
• This individual will be responsible for the internal reporting of fundraising activities, tracking metrics such as outreach numbers, meetings, conversion rates, capital raised, etc
• Take responsibility to optimise presentation materials and investor reports
Bring a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance matters
• A track record of capital raising from HNW, family offices, and/or institutions is advantageous but not necessarily required
• 5-8 years work experience likely gained in financial services
