Fund Placement Analyst

Our client, an independent private capital solutions group, partners with leading alternative asset managers offering a wide range of services on the full fundraising life-cycle. Focused on building long-term partnerships, their client base spans globally reaching markets in the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investors and fundraising opportunities.
  • Prepare fundraising materials such as private placement memoranda, due diligence questionnaires, presentations, track record spreadsheets, etc.
  • Support the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing financial data and performance metrics of investment funds.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments that may impact fundraising activities.
  • Coordinate communication and correspondence with investors, fund managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing analytical insights and recommendations as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with general partner clients to prepare and update the marketing strategy and fundraising materials; respond to investor’s due diligence requests; and continuously review investor feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, fund placement or related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Based in New York or willing to relocate.
  • Ability to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship
