Financial Controller - Fund

Manage and review the work of our external Administrator to ensure high quality and timely deliverables ? Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of all transactions (Investments, divestments) ? Conduct thorough reviews of fund and SPV accounting data, financial statements and investor capital accounts statements ? Work closely with external auditors to ensure efficient and timely completion of all audits in accordance with reporting deadlines ? Liaise with other departments within the firm, including portfolio management, legal, compliance, and investor relations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination ? Actively participating in development and enhancement of new and existing processes and tools ? Collaboration and support in team specific and firm wide local and cross-border projects ? Managing ad hoc processes as required ? Assist in preparing and reviewing SEC reporting requirements ? Report directly to VP in Fund Control team

Key Elements of the Role

At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a big 4 audit firm or accounting ? Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Professional qualifications (CPA) will be an advantage ? Experience in open ended structures will be an advantage ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Good knowledge of US GAAP and other international accounting standards. ? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment ? Efficient, organised, independent professional attitude and strong communication and personal skills, flexible, well-organised and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. ? Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages, such as French or German, are a plus
