The firm has experienced exponential global growth through M&A, with transactions being in the medium to large range and this role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of that journey.
Ideal candidates will be first movers in Corporate Development or Assistant Managers/Managers from the Big 4/Top 10 firms (Lead Advisory or Transaction Services).
I am interested in connecting with individuals with deal exposure in capital-light, people-based businesses. Examples include working on M&A deals in wealth management, legal services, consulting, accounting firms, insurance broking etc.
Unfortunately, my client is unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting financial analysis and modeling of potential acquisitions
- Performing market research
- Coordinating due diligence (internal stakeholders and external providers)
- Managing deal work streams from start to finish, with the support of a senior team
