Client Services Associate

After recent success, my client are looking for a Client Service Associate to join their Global Operations team. This role will assist in the execution of investments activities alongside clients and supporting principles and partners within the business who manage already strong client relationships. The role has the exciting opportunity to start training in London, and then move to the Paris office, meaning the chosen candidate will have experience in both UK and European markets. Reporting directly into senior members of the team within the Client Services Department, this role has a wide range of both operations and investment exposure, allowing the ideal candidate to gain insight into more than just one function of the business.

Job Expectations:
 

• Client Execution: Understand client’s investments, Liaise with 3^rd parties on behalf of clients, submit Adhoc tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Account Management: Monitor cash and security accounts, Track client execution from start to finish, keep clients up to date through regular calls and correspondence, work amongst the existing team to assist in client needs
• FX Hedging: Work with the senior team in reviewing the currency exposure of client portfolios.
• Reporting: Quarterly/monthly client statements to client heads for further review
• Adhoc Tasks: Assist the senior team where needed with administrative tasks.

Role Requirements:

• Numerically-minded and good quantitative and qualitative skills
• Strong academic background. A minimum of Bachelors Degree.
• Prior experience within financial services, through internships and/or post graduation
• A keen interest in investment and capital markets
• Strong communication skills alongside professionalism to promote positive interactions with clients
• Entrepreneurial mind-set
• French speaking with the ability to work in both the UK and the EU.
