As a Senior Associate or VP, you would be responsible for running a significant portion of the execution of capital markets mandates. You’ll be responsible for leading and supervising juniors in production of pitch materials and financial modelling. You will be expected to take a lead in lender Q&A as well as documentation negotiation. As a VP, you’d be expected to be able to come up with an initial view on potential deal structures and interact significantly with clients and lenders as well as other deal counterparties (lawyers etc.)
