This team makes liquid and private investments into a variety of structured finance asset classes including RMBS, broad ABS and CLOs, as well as whole loan portfolios, re-securitizations and asset-based finance into loan originators. The team originates, runs the investment process and asset management, so Associates see the full life cycle.

The team is lean and has a very flat structure and a proven track record of promoting Associates up the ranks.

Responsibilities

This role involves significant analytical work to support the investment process.

Experience

The desired candidate will have 1-3 years' of experience in analysing securitized assets or asset-backed finance transactions within one of the following environments: * Investment bank's structured finance origination team or trading desk * Structured finance / structured products investing. * Rating agency RMBS or ABS focused research role.
