2025 Graduate Analyst - FIG M&A

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Analyst to join this dynamic team in New York. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, market research, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation of companies within the financial services sector.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support M&A transactions.
• Perform market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and transaction documents.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior internship or work experience in finance is a plus
• Based in New York or willing to relocate.
• Ability to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship
