Dartmouth’s Head of Learning & Development, Ben Stocken, commented: “To create a globally dominant talent firm we’ve identified that we should move L&D for our future Executives beyond the confines of recruitment and team leadership. We’re launching a programme that provides participants with the skillset and opportunity to truly build businesses that change the face of the recruitment industry.”

Dartmouth’s CEO, Logan Naidu, added: “We’re continuously looking to set the bar higher, in an industry renowned for short cuts and quick fixes. Our ‘Classroom to Boardroom’ model doesn’t just apply externally, it’s something that we live and breathe internally too.
