Kernel Global ranks in The Sunday Times fastest-growing private companies

Kernel Global, a group that includes two subsidiaries Dartmouth Partners and Pure Search, has ranked #33 in the Sunday Times 100 fastest-growing private companies in Britain for 2022. The only recruitment firm within the top 70, The Sunday Times research partner Beauhurst considered financial performance between 2019 to 2021, with Kernel reporting a 96.28% three-year CAGR. Since 2020, the business has navigated the real and human impact of the global pandemic that led to a revenue decrease of only 9.4% in 2020, before a growth of 62.1% in 2021 and 104% growth in EBITDA at Dartmouth and an EBITDA growth of 93.8% across the group.

Coinciding on the same week as Dartmouth's 10th birthday, in the last decade the business has grown from a single start-up of five into a global group of recruitment companies with a headcount of nearly 250 ambitious individuals; a percentage increase of 56.25% in the last 18-months. Ambition is embedded across the group; it’s this that has herded rapid and consistent growth across the three individual companies and six geographic locations.
