A huge achievement for Dartmouth and the wider group, Kernel as Group CEO, Logan Naidu has been named in the Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders for 2021 by the LDC.
Supported by The Times, the programme was introduced to acknowledge and celebrate inspiring leaders behind the most successful and fastest-growing medium sized businesses in the U.K. in 2021.
Throughout the last year headcount has increased by 40% through growth in every part of our business and an expansion of sector coverage into Human Resources, Change & Transformation, and Finance into Funds. Weβve also grown further afield, expanding our already comprehensive international footprint with our first transatlantic office in New York. Each office location is set to grow at pace in 2022, with further hubs in the pipeline.
Logan had this to say βIβm delighted to be recognised as one of the LDCβs Top 50 Most Ambitious Leaders for 2021, this is a real accomplishment based on the high calibre of leaders nominated this year. In truth, the recognition for this award also goes to the team; the exceptional senior leaders I’m proud to call colleagues and each and every consultant across the floor. I have ambition, but it’s due to their dedication and commitment that we’re leaders in our field. Ambition has to go hand in hand with execution. We wouldn’t be in a position to grow at pace without it.”
LDCβs John Garner added: βThe last 18 months have presented challenges that none of us could have foreseen, but despite everything, itβs fantastic to see that so many business leaders have achieved remarkable things. Through their resourcefulness and resilience, this yearβs Top 50 Most Ambitious Leaders prove that the flame of ambition is hard to extinguish. Congratulations to all those featured and we look forward to seeing their continued success and impact, and contribution to the broader UK economy.
