Kathryn Pride

Kathryn is an Executive Director and heads up our Carolinas office, based in Charlotte, NC. She has been recruiting for investment firms, corporate and investment banks for over 15 years.

Kathryn has extensive experience in leading recruitment processes for asset owners and asset managers, boutique and full-service investment banks, corporate banks and fintech firms. She has operated across the seniority spectrum up to Partner/CEO-level and has a particularly strong understanding of the high yield and distressed credit landscape.

Prior to launching Dartmouth’s Charlotte team, Kathryn spent 10 years in the London office, where she led several teams and founded both the burgeoning Credit business and the firm’s core diversity strategy, Dartmouth Academy. Before Dartmouth, she worked for an international recruitment firm based in London and managed a sales function for a financial services firm. Kathryn studied French and English Language at the University of Birmingham.
