The Corporate Strategy & Development team has a pivotal role in the organisation, given it’s both central to the company’s active M&A strategy and a source of future leaders.
As a Senior Analyst, you will support colleagues on the execution of M&A transactions, ranging from the acquisition of small owner-managed ‘bolt-ons’ through to transformational deals in the $1bn+ bracket. In addition to M&A, you will partner with colleagues on Strategy & Business Development initiatives, all the while with direct exposure to Senior Executives.
The Associate will have similar exposure, although your experience will mean you can take on further responsibility on deals/ projects, often taking a lead role across a variety of workstreams.
The Senior Analyst will require at least 18 months’ experience in M&A, during which you should have developed a comprehensive Analyst skill-set, including financial modelling, valuations and presentations.
The Associate should have operated at Associate level within a reputable institution for at least 12 months, whether that be after spending three years as an Analyst in a bank/ boutique, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, or having gained an MBA from a top Business School.
In either case, you will have excellent verbal and written English, the ability to travel internationally, and the necessary commitment, drive and ambition to thrive in a culture of excellence.
